Huber's
We went with Grandma and Grandpa to Huber's yesterday. We went through the petting zoo. Gabriel wasn't a fan of the animals getting close to him. He did laugh when the llama ate corn out of his hand. Mommy and Gabriel went down the mountain slide. Kiddo wasn't really sure what to think of it. Next we went to the winery and had a snack of crackers, salami, cheese, and apple slices. And before we left, we had to have some homemade hand-dip ice cream. It was a fun afternoon.

Trouble, trouble, and more trouble
Gabriel has begun getting into EVERYTHING! Yes, he is reaching the door handle to the backdoor and trying to open the door. He has gotten it open a few times, but because he leans on the door for balance, it closes right back. Then tonight, he had to crawl between the backdoor and the chair that was holding the door open. Finally, he was crawling and climbing all over a box that Daddy brought home from Granny and Grampy's house. Here you see him standing on top of the box in order to get a little closer to Daddy. Yes, he climbed up and stood on the box by himself. Good thing it's a sturdy box!

Easter
Gabriel had a nice Easter. He got his first Easter basket from the Easter bunny. It had 3 Thomas the Train character trains, a small ball, socks, and a pair of pajamas. The trains were very fun and the ball was fun too. The socks and pj's were hardly even looked at. We had breakfast at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Grandma had an Easter basket for Gabriel too. It had two books, socks, a pair of shorts, two t-shirts, and an Elmo doll. Dinner was at home with Granny, Grampy, Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle Ed. The kiddo had fun playing with his trains, his grandparents, and silly Uncle Ed. Uncle Ed pretended to spit on his head (gross!), and Gabriel thought that was hilarious. Uncle Ed isn't all fun and games though! At breakfast Uncle Ed put cream cheese dip on Gabriel's fruit, and he spit it out and cried. . . no cream cheese spread on our kiddo's fruit from now on!
