Cousin Ginny's Christmas Party

Breakfast with Santa

Gabriel went to Mommy's school this morning to have his picture taken with Santa Claus.

Boys will be Boys

Ultimate Bed Head

Gabriel took a nap tonight after coming home from Staci's house. He had fallen asleep in the car so Mommy let him snooze with his hat on, creating some crazy bed head!

Christmas Tree Trouble

Gabriel has discovered the Christmas tree. He rolls his way over to it, and then little hands go to work grabbing whatever they can reach.

First Thanksgiving

Gabriel played in the floor at Granny's with cousins Bobby and Ben. At Grandma's house he had his first Thanksgiving dinner of turkey & sweet potatoes, green beans, and Redi Whip (straight from the can). As you can tell from the open mouth, he is willing to try anything!

New Toy

I know . . . why are you buying the kiddo a new toy a month before Christmas? Answer: Because he's our kiddo, and we can.

We bought Gabriel the Fisher-Price Two-in-One walker. He is standing, with support, now. He thought this toy was pretty cool. The only problem was that it doesn't bounce, and we know how the kiddo like to bounce.

Uncle Ed is good for the bouncing part!

Story Time

Mommy read Gabriel a story while laying on the floor together. This book is a fun rhyming book called Silly Sally.

Tough Days

Gabriel has had some big days at Staci's lately it seems. He came home 3 days last week and took naps.

Cousins Anthony and Maria

We went to Indianapolis today to visit our new cousin Maria. She was born in September. Anthony and Gabriel had fun playing together while Maria slept. It won't be long and these kiddos will be quiet a handful to keep up with. For now, they are pretty easy (at least two of the three).

Gabriel and Anthony . . . they are a year apart in age (to the day), but very nearly the same size!

Smiley Boy!

Gabriel was all smiles for the camera while he played in the floor.

Daddy's Hat

Gabriel tried on Daddy's work hat . . . it's a little big!

Halloween

Both sets of grandparents visited on Halloween night. Gabriel went to the neighbors' house next door and across the street to show off his totally cute costume. It was a fun night (despite cold, drizzly weather), but Gabriel was not a fan of the hat.

Bucket Head

This silly little boy liked playing in the floor with his bucket on his head!

Boys and Their Toys

Gabriel and Daddy had some play time with toys in the living room floor.

Mischief

Gabriel's hands are into everything! He isn't crawling yet, but with a little time, he can roll or wiggle anywhere. And once he gets where he wants to be, watch out!

Playing Peek-A-Boo

Gabriel played peek-a-boo with Mom and Dad. What a great game!

Sleepy Head

Grandma stayed with Gabriel for about an hour one night expecting some play time. Unfortunately the little guy pooped out on her early.

Silly Face

Gabriel is making a new face now. He squinches up his eyes and nose. He looks like he's getting ready to cry, but really he is just being silly.

Playing with Puppies

Gabriel has discovered that playing with Hershey and Lucy can be great fun. These guys are going to be best friends very soon.

Look, Mom, No Hands!

Gabriel is sitting up like a big boy now --- no help at all.

Mommy's Little Pumpkin . . .um, Jack-O-Lantern

Gabriel's Halloween costume is a Jack-O-Lantern. We had some fun at Huber's playing "Hide the Gabe" amongst the pumpkins. It's a little like Where's Waldo.

Farmer Gabe

Gabriel gets to drive the tractor all by himself! Just Kidding! Daddy is holding him behind a wooden picture of a farmer on a tractor, in case you hadn't figured that out. What a big grin!

Huber's

Gabriel had an outing with Grandma, Papa, Daddy, and Mommy at Huber's Orchard and Winery. It was a busy weekend at the winery, but we still had a good time. Gabriel got to ride a cow (to the left) with Grandma and a tractor with Papa.
