Since Gabriel was an only child today (Grace chose to spend the night at Grandma and Papaw's last night), I decided to take him to Bass Pro to do the holiday craft. It was a nice way to spend some one-on-one time with him. I also anticipated it being pretty crowded, and he is much easier to keep track of in a crowd than his sister.
He made a mitten ornament and decorated it with a Christmas tree. It was a very cute craft and very age-appropriate for Gabriel.
As we wandered through the store, a man was giving a fishing demonstration at the big fish tank. It was kind of interesting to hear him talk about the different fish in the tank. He was going to feed the fish at the end of his demo, but Gabriel didn't want to stay that long. I love this kid and the young man his is turning into.

they are growing up so fast!! daniel and i have been talking a lot about sam lately. can you believe they are going to K next year!
I want to check this Bass Pro craft thing out! I saw the flyer above the copy machine at school (haha!) and thought it sounded like fun! :)
