When I was about 5 months pregnant with Gabriel, Dan's Uncle Sonny passed away. Uncle Sonny loved kids. He loved his nieces and nephews. He was so happy for Dan and me when he found out we were expecting. Before his passing he set aside this harmonica for Gabriel. Dan's mom, Linda, wrapped it in Christmas wrap and gave it to us to put away for Gabriel when he was old enough to appreciate it. Well, I thought I had hidden his special gift well enough. Apparently I didn't. Gabriel found it Saturday, brought it upstairs, and was so excited to get an "early" Christmas gift. We let him open it, and he has enjoyed playing. Even though Gabriel never met Uncle Sonny, he knows that Uncle Sonny loved him.
