Gabriel went to Nik's birthday party last night. It was the first time I've taken him to a birthday party and left him. The kids played basketball. Gabriel had a ton of fun, but he has no clue how to play basketball. Poor kid! We are doing him no favors by not getting him involved in some sort of basketball team.
He tried really hard, and he had fun. That's all that matters.
Before the party ended, the kids did a sack race.
They didn't know when the race was over, so the game just went on, and on, and on. I think Gabriel had about four turns jumping.
It didn't matter. The kids were having a ball. He had so much fun that he didn't take time to eat. I brought his pizza and cupcake home so he could eat it, but he was so worn out, he didn't eat. Now THAT is one fun party!
