Since the Holdaway Reunion is held at Lincoln State Park, Friday is typically Holiday World day for families with children. We get together in groups of 15 or more so we can get the group rate at the gate. It saves us $10-$15 per person.
Every time we get to Holiday World, Dan and Gabriel ride the bumper cars first. Grace is STILL not tall enough to ride, so we hung out for a bit together.
We rode the Freedom Train. The kids wanted to sit up front in this tiny little compartment that Mom and Dad obviously could not sit in. We sat in the back where there was a little more space.
The kids LOVED the Kiddie Coaster. Usually I am the one to ride with them because it makes Dan a little queasy. But because I had just hurt my neck, we decided it was better that I not take a chance by riding it.
I love Dan's face in both pictures. He looks like he is really scared!
Here we are on our way out of the park. It was dinner time back at camp, and we were hungry.
I know it's not many pictures, but we spent a ton of time at Splashin' Safari in the afternoon. Once we finished at the water park, the kids rode a few more rides, and we were spent for the day. It was a super-fun, and we were ready to go back to camp to visit with family.
