Dan took Gabriel, Grace, and me for a ride down in the woods a few weeks ago. The kids thought this ride was pretty cool!
How many kids in the town of Clarksville get to take tractor (lawn mower . . . hee hee!) rides through the woods in their backyard?
They certainly thought they were tough stuff.
Next the kids drew obstacle courses with sidewalk chalk.
Then they rode their bikes around the obstacles. I didn't understand their game, but they did. That's all that matters.
Grace made a special trip this particular Sunday to the Walgreens Take-Care Clinic to have her ears checked. Just like Daddy and I had already diagnosed, she had an ear infection in her left ear.
Grace was drawing the obstacles, and Gabe drove the course.
Grace took a turn riding through the obstacle course too. Funny kids!
Dan and I enjoyed a few moments of peace while watching the kids play. This is what summer is supposed to be like, right?
