Sunday we went to Dinosaur World to learn about some really cool dinosaurs.
All of the dinosaurs were life-sized. They were placed along a shady little path in the woods.
This is such a good picture of our kiddos. They really enjoyed Dinosaur World.
Alicia stopped and read most of the plaques that gave information about the dinosaurs. I think Gabriel was the one of the kids who listened to them.
Pap, Sam, Daniel, Jake, Gabriel
One path had a display about Mammoths.
This is a photosaurus . . . it's not a dinosaur that really existed, but you can stand next to it to have your picture taken. The three boys are sitting on the foot of the dinosaur on the right side. Yeah, it's a big dinosaur.
Most of the group posed with T-rex.
I think these were brachiosaurus in the background.
This dinosaur ate Gabriel . . . hehe.
Gabriel got to go to a fossil dig with Sam. Grace played in this "boneyard" digging up dinosaur bones from the sand. She had such a good time here. She could have been here all day.
Before she was finished digging in the boneyard, she was covered in sand from head to toe. I had to hose her off back at the camp.
Here are Gabriel and Sam with their fossils from the fossil dig. Dinosaur World was a fun place to visit!
