Gabriel and I met Sam and Alicia at the zoo again this morning for another 2 by 3 class. Today they learned about the letter P. They looked at pictures of animals whose names begin with P, like parrots.
Then we got to see Tootie do some tricks.
The boys colored a letter P and laced the edges of it.
They ate some popcorn while listening to a book.
After the class we walked around to see some animals. Look it's a Peacock!
We stopped for a few minutes to feed the lorikeets.
A zoo volunteer was showing the kids an elephant tusk.
The giraffes were hanging out inside today.
It took a little cajoling, but we got the boys to sit on Molly the Rhino for a picture.
Before we finished our trip, we had to ride the carousel. Gabriel chose to ride in this carriage.
