Grace wanted to get her ears pierced for her birthday. She asked early this past Spring if she could get her ears pierced, and I had explained that it hurts to get your ears pierced. She wasn't phased by that fact. Then I told her if she thought about it and still wanted to get her ears pierced, we would do it for her birthday. Last Saturday, the big day was here!
She was nervous and had an audience of about 15 people in the store. She was so brave though! She barely flinched when they did it.
She chose pretty pink flowers as her earrings. My baby girl is getting so big!
I had promised the kids that as soon as her ears were pierced, we would go to Dairy Queen for an ice cream.

way to go, grace!!! i'm trying to hold darbi off until her 5th bday, but i'm not sure that will happen. they look beautiful!!!
