After the triathlon, the Jeff Aquatic Center was open for the athletes and their families to swim. Gabriel had a great time going off the diving board.
He got brave and decided to go off the high dive. He looked down at the water and bent his body forward causing himself to belly flop into the water. He came up crying, belly red, and saying that he was never going to do that again. Poor kid!
Grace went off the high dive nearly a dozen times. She climbed up there and jumped off like it was no big deal.
Our crazy girl has no fear! Most of the time I love that about her; other times it scares me to death.
Way to go, Athletes! We are so proud of you!
